Could you provide a set of dates or a vCalendar file that reproduces
this problems?

1) works for me.

2) and 3) are not correctly shown in the agenda views. That's a bug. But
the other views work correctly for me.

No. You lose todo-hierarchy information, if you load a KOrganizer 1.9x
created file with the old 1.1 version, but old files should work with
new versions of KOrganizer.
