It is impossible to remove the kasbar applet once it has been started as kicker applet.

Possible solutions:

- kicker should provide a way to remove applets in the same way it is possible to add them.
- kasbar should accept Alt-F4, RMB-Exit or another way to exit.
- since kasbar doesn't visually run within kicker, it should not be treated as an applet but as normal application.
