If you view a reasonably full directory in Text View, Detailed List
View or Tree View modes, then there is no free area in the view to
effect a LMB or RMB action other than to select an item.

KFM in Kde 1.1.2 solves this problem by limiting the area where you can
select a file to the column containg the names. It would be useful to
have a similar arrangement in Konqueror.
