[Download RAW message or body]

AFAIK, you should never see that message. It lives on the server and should
never be downloaded for viewing. Am I mistaken?

If you do download it, I believe you can delete it from your hard drive. I don't
think KMail has anything to do with it. I don't know for sure what happens if
you delete it from the server, though.

If Pine is actually storing a message like that in your mailbox files, then
shame on Pine. That, to me, is a big misconfiguration since no program should
ever assume that it has sole control over data files. We should all play nice
and hide configuration data in hidden files and not as a bogus email stashed in
the inbox.
