Package: Task Bar/KWM

I was browsing the Internet and loading quite a few
applications and I noticed the Task Bar keeps growing
and it almost covered half of my desktop, that time I
was having 90 active applications and the Task bar is
showing 13 applications in a row and there are 7 rows.

I suggest that the system should limit the no of rows
to either 2 or 3 rows and provide a scroll bar at the
right corner of the Task Bar so that we can scroll up
and down and the select the applications.
