Bug Description ---------------------------

Using the Hello World example, pressing on the execution
button reveals two bugs:
1) I started kdevelop with "&" which sends a "suspend tty output".
2) In the command included is a echo "\n Press ..." when the command
has finished. My bash is totally confused and does not execute this command.


How to repeat the error -------------------

Press "exec" -Button with the default Hello World Program

Bugfix or Workaround ----------------------

ad 1) "fg" pulls it into foreground mode and let it output its stuff
      "EXEC:konsole -e bash -c './prg ......"
ad 2) I patched ckdevelop.cpp in line 2362 and deleted the \n char in the
exec string
