Hi,

It turns out that the latex gneration does work but I have to be doing this
from the top-level file in the multi-file document.

The generated latex  works fine with bibtex but for some
reason my problem remains if I try to generate a .dvi or.ps file directly from
KLyX:  the bibliography file is not found.

This happens with KLyX version 0.10.0.
