kzip can not display the files in *.tar.gz or *.tgz archives
and can not unarchive them on HPUX 10.20.  It appears that
kzip uses the --use-compress-program option of tar which is
not available on HPUX 10.20.  kzip prints the following when
trying to open a *.tar.gz file:
