The screensavers, in `main.cpp', normally create a pid file, whose name
is stored in the variable `pidFile'.  This is `remove'd at the end of
the run.  However, if the screensaver was invoked with `-setup', as from
kcmdisplay, pidFile is never initialized, since a pid file is not used;
but the `remove' is still done.  This is wrong.
