This is still an, well, issue with KDE5, and I think it is connec= ted to this bug. Due to my special snowflake WiFi card that needs attention after every sleep->wakeup cycle, the Network Monitor applet thingy hangs a lot. I need = to click right on the applet, Configure Network Monitor, select the interface again (this is also bugged as sometimes it does not show up at first, then = gets refreshed upon hitting Apply, and then works as expected), and then the mon= itor resets and does its thing. If we could do a periodic check which interface is available and up, there could be an automatic start/stop of newly active/inactive interfaces. This would also resolve this bug, which to me, sounds closely related. I'm using traditional horizontal panel layout, so I doubt this is a problem that is caused by the rotation of the entire panel. kf5-config --version Qt: 5.9.5 KDE Frameworks: 5.47.0 kf5-config: 1.0 --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.=
