With higher DPI screens, people likely want to increase icon sizes. Menubar,
Toolbar, and Small icons are supported in sizes 16, 22, 32, and 48.

Oxygen has SVG sources, so someone familiar with the SVG -> PNG conversion
process could add the missing sizes.
