The problem is the same with Digikam (Image Print & Print Assistant) +
Showfoto.

Select Item
   Print Images
   Printer properties
   Page size
 Correctly picks up the page sizes for the printer, in my case HP Photosmart
D7360.

This printer has 51 different paper types!  Default is A4.
I can select any paper type that is within 10 before the default or 5 after=
.=20
Selecting any other paper type is ignored and left as the last one selected
within the range.
