(SNIPPED - but works fine)

Console output definitely suggests Okular is looking at MIME type first. If
it's a crazy MIME type like application/x-wine-extension-aspx, it won't try to
open it as PDF. I can reproducible the problem on any PDF file I have on disk
that I rename to *.aspx.
