Hi Charles, I'm not a dev, just a fellow user with the same problem, also
running an AMD CPU looking to compare notes. I really need to find a C++ and
QT for dummies guide but I got the tablet to learn how to draw, not how to
code :P
What OS build did you have?
Run->DxDiag might be the easiest route.
What Ugee driver is running?
Hovering your mouse over the driver should show this:

When I get home tonight and try my laptop, my i3 media PC and i5 and we'll
compare notes. I don't have a Windows 7 computer to test on.
