Bump!

2 Years later and still not fixed :(
While there is still no way to easily turn off blinking in qt5 on linux (shame
on that!), it can be done with qt5noblink
(https://github.com/igogo/qt5noblink).
While this works for other applications, okteta (0.17.0 here) still blinks
insanely.
