Hi,

I don't know how good my bug fits to this discription but let's give it a try.

I changed the icon of a folder link in der folder view and I got full
read-write access to this folder. The icon will be shown, but on next reboot it
is the default icon for folders again.

Changing the folder-view location from "desktop" to a custom path which targets
to the desktop folder shows the right icons, but then the .desktop files of the
application got the "unkown" symbol.

System:
- Current up-to-date Archlinux from 29.11.2015.
- plasma-desktop: 5.4.3-1
- plasma-workspace: 5.4.3-1
