OK, thanks for the explanation! I had assumed that this Qt4-based stuff from
kde-baseapps is installed to some other location, but I see that this is not
necessarily the case.

For me, this sounds reasonable. David, what do you think?

Note: the same problem most likely applies to the templates for the "Create
New..." menu, which are provided by kde-baseapps/lib/konq in KDE SC 4.x and
have been copied to KIO in https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/124983/
