In addition to the above baloo files I already had installed, I added the
following:
baloo-kioslaves
baloo-tools
baloo-file

I don't know what I need, because I don't know the purpose of another stigi
type headace.
but... Without rebooting, 'ToolTips' (image/file/directory Previews) worked in
both Konqueror and Dolphin. Hmmm.
