Gwenview is entirely unusable under Cinnamon. Even when the program comes up
properly, going into full-screen mode freezes the entire program for 30sec.

Often enough, the program does *not* come up properly: It ends up in some kind
of degenerate full-screen mode, where it looks like it normally does (with menu
bar and all), but has no title bar and covers the panel at the bottom). 

Reproducible: Always
