This sounds like a bug with QFileDialog itself, but I cannot reproduce it in
other applications (checked with Konsole and KWrite).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to "Desktop Settings > Wallpaper".
2. "Open..." a new wallpaper (so that it is added to the selection), but while
choosing an image, resize the file dialog. (It was too small for me initially,
so I enlarged it.)
3. "Open..." the file dialog again.

Actual Results:  
I'll attach an image of what I saw after step 3.

Expected Results:  
In step 3, the file dialog should restore the size that I chose during step 2.
