This message is completely benign, it display for almost all KDE applications
and can safely been ignored.

So you're using the new version. Did you migrated the wallets? I mean, did the
system displayed the migration wizard sometime in the past? Also, if you're
using kwalletmanager5, that means it should connect to the kwalletd5 and so the
location of your wallets is not the one you gave in the previous comments. It
should be:
~/.local/share/kwalletd

Well, you must have launched an application that's still KDE4 (e.g. was not
migrated to KF5).
