After upgrading from Konsole 14.12 to 15.08, the shortcut to open the konsole
caused Konsole to be opened in the background.

With the focus policy set to None (as explained at
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=221107#c15), the konsole is now focused as
expected.
