Since the update to Plasma 5.3.0, my Konsole (15.04.0) windows are not
semi-transparent as they used to be. When I check the transparency settings
(right-click > "Edit Current Profile" > "Appearance"), it says that "This color
scheme uses a transparent background which does not appear to be supported on
your desktop."

Since the issue started after a Plasma update (rather than a Konsole update),
I'm reporting the bug against kwin, but feel free to reassign if necessary.

To make matters more bizarre, transparency still works fine in Yakuake (which
uses the konsolepart afaik), but its "Edit Current Profile" dialog shows the
same message as described above.
