The symptom is that when the second screen is enabled, the coordinate of the
display seems to be completely broken. The mouse click position doesn't match
the display, the drawing is teared and appears at wrong position.

Not sure what info will be the most useful but here's some info about the
system.

This is a Dell Precision M3800 using the integrated intel graphics with the
nvidia gpu disabled. The second display I'm testing is a HDMI to VGA converter.

(I know the description of the bug isn't very informative and I'm not sure if
this is a bug of kscreen or kwin (or sth else...) but this is the best I can
