We found the solution.  It's not a bug at all, it's just that the cursor gets
moved to the ToC on the pagedown action and that selects it.  Hence the other
color.

I got tricked by the difference in behaviour from lowriter, that does not move
the cursor at all when pressing pagedown or pageup.
