kdesrc-build from git, with kdesrc-buildrc-kf5-sample copied into
~/.kdesrc-buildrc, gives " Runtime Error: IPC failure updating taglib" when
running `kdesrc-build --pretend`. I did the --metadata-only first and I
installed all default perl-IPC packages that my distro (opensuse 13.2) has.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. git clone kde:kdesrc-build
2. cp kdesrc-build/kdesrc-buildrc-kf5-sample ~/.kdesrc-buildrc # then edit the
required bits
3. kdesrc-build --metadata-only && kdesrc-build --pretend

Actual Results:  
crash with " Runtime Error: IPC failure updating taglib"

Expected Results:  
show all the pretend-compilation correctly or a meaningful error message if
there is something wrong with the current setup.
