It seems that resizing a maximized / tiled window is not allowed on the edge
that is also the screen edge.
Except when I hit bug 345423 while tiling to a top corner, in which case I can
drag the bottom edge.

IMHO, it would be nice to be able to resize on an edge overlapped with the
screen edge.
