Hi,

I was recently trying to build Kate (http://kate-editor.org) on top of kde
frameworks 5 on my Kubuntu 14.10. I was installing development packages for
this: so of by pattern libkf5<component>-dev, and some like kinit-dev, and so
on.

On this time, after I turned off my PC, and the next day started it again it
refused to start plasma desktop showing me the window "Could not start
kcmserver. Check your installation". And I am not able to boot to my desktop

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to SDDM to plasma desktop

Actual Results:  
Window saying "Could not start kcmserver. Check your installaltion" appears.
After I close it SDDM showsm logon screen again.

Expected Results:  
It should start plasma desktop.

Also I checked dmesg, and there was only two lines saying:
