This is a little bit schizophrenic. If I remember correctly the last time I was
told, then yes kate have a separate ktexteditor repository now, but ktexteditor
is still the name of the interface and katepart implements that interface to
provide full featured editor component.

And the documentation describes not the interface itself, but rather specific
details of katepart implementation. Hence the docs paths are correct.

I hope I didn't get this wrong:)
