Still an issue with Plasma 5.2. Easy to reproduce: just click right mouse
button to trigger context menu before tooltip shows up (there is quite a big
delay!); then it shows above the context menu making it unreachable.
Clicking however is processed by context menu and not by tooltip; so it is easy
to trigger menu item you can't even see.
