Yes! I now need to call 'source ~/.bashrc' on each startup.

Adding the above line to end /usr/bin/kdevplatform_shell_environment.sh works.
However, adding '--rcfile ~/.bashrc' to the bash invocation line of
/usr/bin/kdevelop! does not help.

It seems that something in /usr/bin/kdevplatform_shell_environment.sh is the
source of the problem.
