This happened again, and I managed to understand how I did it. Instead of using
the designated widget to drag, I use the minimize icon, which I use to drag the
bar instead of simply clicking it. In fact, I can drag without issues using any
icon, so this is a perfect workaround. Using that technique, I can bring the
toolbar anywhere I want. If I then try to move using the designated widget, the
toolbar goes back to the top, no matter which position it came from.
