Depends on the font and font size. I don't notice it right now, but maybe my
eyes got worse ^^

I actually think that this has to do with the delegate height not scaling with
content. e.g. if you increase the font size to 16pt you'll see the text
exceeding the highlight box. So most likely what I saw earlier was just fallout
from the scaling problem.
