Please provide the output of

- "qdbus org.kde.KWin /KWin supportInformation"
- "xrandr -q"
- "xwininfo"
- "xprop"

NOTICE:
for the last two, the cursor will change its shape to "+", please then move it
to the top screen edge (as much as you can, NOT where the click would likely
work) and click there.
