Also, not sure whether it's in scope of this bug or another one should be
created.

My setup (also in this bug) is laptop + dockstation + two external monitors. In
"power management" I configured "close laptop lid" behaviour for "on AC" as
"turn off screen".
It doesn't quite work as expected (setting default screen to some other,
not-disabled screen but let's ignore it here).

While disabling screen alone works, apparently it doesn't stop stop kwi from
opening windows on it.

(also sorry for the delays with tests, this is my 'corporate' laptop and I
don't have much time to play around, at home I have single desktop PC with
single monitor and cannot reproduce those scenarios, sadly).
