A workaround is to search for comic.knsrc on your system and to modify the
InstallationCommand and UninstallCommand lines to:

InstallationCommand=plasmapkg -t comic -i %f && kbuildsycoca4
UninstallCommand=plasmapkg -t comic -r %f && kbuildsycoca4

I don't know yet if updating comics works then, I need to investigate that.
