Thank you for the information!

Calvin and Hobbes should work again with the newest version of the plugin.

In case you still see the place holder image that is due to the comic cache (20
per default):
1. set it to 1
2. visit some strips
3. increase the cache again

The cache is there to make navigating already visited comics more comfortable.
