with kde 4.13, krunner appears to have changed the order of items, so that ie.
running windows are before app launchers. This is wrong, at least for me - I
mainly use krunner to start things, NOT to navigate windows. A workaround is to
disable the window management parts, but I don't understand why this was
changed.
