Qt 5.3 does support XInput 2 smooth scrolling, confirmed working with apps
ported to (such as KInfoCenter) - from what I can see it only affects touchpad
scrolling (ie. two finger scrolling gives you a smooth mobile like experience).
I did not test if it affects mousewheel scrolling too.
