i cannot reproduce this on kubuntu 12.10 (fresh lokalize sources).

can you try reproduce the issue after renaming ~/.kde/share/apps/lokalize/
temporarily,
and filling translation memory from the scratch?

if the issue disappears please send me your ~/.kde/share/apps/lokalize/ folder
