Creating a vector layer and selecting the freehand path tool will crash krita

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.New Document
2.New Vector Layer
3.Select FreeHand Path Tool
4. Atempt to use
Actual Results:  
Krita Crashes every time

Expected Results:  
Not sure, either you can use the free hand path tool on a vector layer or the
tool should be greyed out if a vector layer is selected
