KDE 4.11.2 from fresh OpenSUSE 13.1 installation. Dolphin does not show
in-application menu bar.

With Application Appearance>Style>Fine tuning>Menu bar style="In application"
Dolphin does not show any menu bar. It only shows menu with menu bar
style="title bar button". Restarting application after switching menu bar style
option does not help. Other KDE apps like kwrite or konqueror show menu bar in
both modes just fine and even switch it on fly without restarting.
