I'm afraid, no. This page is sometimes (I think at the first login in a browser
session, but I‘m not sure) displayed to users asking them to provide their
mobile phone number or another e-mail address to enable the secure password
recovery (bezpieczne odzyskiwanie hasła). Normally, after clicking on "Poczta"
at the top of this page, you can access your account, but in Konqueror you are
redirected back to the login page. I attached a screenshot from Firefox.

And one more thing. On the login page, there is a link "poczta mobilna" next to
the "Zaloguj" button (alternatively you can enter the address
"m.poczta.wp.pl"). This site is designed for mobile devices and it works in
Konqueror, but its interface is limited.
