I can confirm that. Started right after update to Kubuntu 13.10.

Muon Update Manager Version 2.1.0 Using KDE Develpment Platform 4.11.2
on Kubuntu 13.10, Linux 3.11.0-12-generic #19-Ubuntu SMP Wed Oct 9 16:12:00 UTC
2013 i686 athlon i686 GNU/Linux
