This bug report is phase 4 in a series of feature bugs for adding support for
IBM Power ISA 2.07. The first three bugs in the series were:
    322294: Add initial support for IBM Power ISA 2.07
    323437: Phase 2 support for IBM Power ISA 2.07
    324894: Phase 3 support for IBM Power ISA 2.07

There are two patches that will be attached -- one patch to implement and
another to test the new instructions. The code (implementation) patch adds
support for the following instructions for doing
various arithmetic, logic, and load/store VSX operations:
