Grouping by accounts has been (temporarily) disabled in kpeople-mode, because
it would cause some usability problems (for example if you doubleclick on a
contact when grouping by account, you probably expect to open a chat using that
particular account, and we cannot guarantee it yet)

The real bug is that the tools button still show "Show Contacts by Accounts"
instead of "Show Contacts Ungrouped" or something similar.

Note: This bug will probably require to add a translated string.
