Before deleting entirely ~/.kde and ~/.config I have tried to delete some cache
and configuration files from these two folders, intuituvely and trying to not
delete too much. I didn't think it could work, but at reboot everything
worked... 
The problem is that I don't really remember which files I've deleted... 

Anyway, thank you Bob Vincent for the advice.
