a) Open  a file, then open any sync file (no matter if it is primary or
secondary)
b) Do some syncs. Do not modify anything if  the other (non sync) file
c) Save, and close the file.

No changes are saved to the sync file.

Now do  the same, but modify something in the non-sync file. Anything will to
the trick, for instance press whitespace and then delete it. Save then. Changes
are saved to sync file
