The Configure Shown data in Information Panel does not keep user settings.
If user asks (unchecks options) to NOT show the Tags, Ratings and Comments,
they will still show in the Information Panel.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go in the Information Panel view properties ;
2. Uncheck the Tags, Ratings and Comments.
Actual Results:  
Dolphin will continue to display the Tags, Ratings and Comments in the
Information Panel (they also show in the Tooltip).

Expected Results:  
Dolphin should follow what the user specified and int he above use case it
should NOT display the Tags, Ratings and Comments.
