I had this in the konquerorrc:

[SearchBar]
CompletionMode=5
CurrentEngine=gg;google
History list=linux                        
Mode=1
SuggestionEnabled=true

I deleted and now i have the duckduckgo engine as default, but i cannot change
any more.
After closing konqueror, it does nt rememeber my last choice
